Overview
People with allergies are constantly forced into logistical gymnastics: checking ingredients, avoiding restaurants, explaining themselves repeatedly, feeling like a burden in their own friend groups. Social exclusion becomes a side effect of poor information flow, not the allergy itself.
all tackles this by combining a personal allergy card with AI-driven data processing. Users can share their profiles with restaurants, festivals or even hospitals, and receive instant, tailored recommendations. Instead of navigating uncertainty, they get clear, reliable answers such as which restaurant is safe for the whole group. The goal is not just convenience, but restoring participation, agency and confidence.
The app delivers this through interconnected modules: allergy profiles, data-sharing features, group decision support, and AI-based problem solving. It builds a digital ecosystem that strengthens inclusion rather than isolating users.

How we worked
The project is built on extensive UX work: stakeholder mapping, competitive analysis, user journeys, MoSCoW prioritization, personas, user stories, 6-3-5 ideation, interviews, brainstorming, Crazy 8s, paper prototypes, wireframes and iterative hi-fi prototypes. Each method contributed to understanding pain points, validating opportunities and refining a solution that is technically feasible, emotionally supportive and socially meaningful.

Video
We produced a short explanatory video to communicate the core idea of all in a clear, human-centered way. The video introduces the allergy card, shows how data is shared, and demonstrates how the AI resolves everyday decision-making challenges, especially in group situations. It visualizes the app’s impact and highlights the social inclusion it enables.
